RBW Financial Consulting, LLC was founded by Robert B. White. Robert has over 20 years experience in Commercial Banking and Finance. Most recently, he was a Sr. Consultant with Financial Institutions Consulting, Inc. (FIC) a well known strategy firm from New York. Robert assisted FIC on multiple client engagements focused on integrating FDIC-backed shared-loss acquisitions.
RBW provides Professional Services to Commercial Banks and PE firms that are looking to acquire failed banks, with or without an FDIC-backed shared-loss agreement. RBW has worked with three large clients in the shared-loss space, managing over $1 billion in commercial loan outstandings, representing over $200 million in FDIC claim submissions.
